3. Delivery Timeframes
  • Standard shipping: 2 - 5 business days.

  • Express shipping: 1 - 2 business days.

  • Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

4. Delivery Fees
  • We offer two delivery options: Regular and Express. The fee for each option is fixed and will be displayed at checkout before finalising your purchase.

  • Free shipping may be available for select products or on orders over a certain amount. Please refer to our promotions page for current offers.

6. Order Tracking
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery in real-time.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts
  • If the courier service is unable to deliver your package after 2 attempts, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange for re-delivery, which may incur additional shipping fees.

8. Damaged or Missing Packages
  • If your package arrives damaged or if items are missing, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

  • Please retain all packaging materials and damaged items for inspection by the carrier.

  • Please ensure that all shipping details provided are accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
