Warranty & Exchanges

At MSCO Pte. Ltd., we stand by the quality and durability of our dry cabinets. Please review the following Warranty and Exchanges policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions that apply to your purchase.

1. Warranty Coverage

All dry cabinets sold by MSCO Pte. Ltd. come with a 5 years limited warranty for the dehumidifier, 2 years for the display and 1 year for the power adapter. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, beginning from the date of purchase.

2. What is Covered

The warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

  • Malfunctions under normal use during the warranty period.

3. What is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper installation, use, or maintenance.

  • Damage resulting from accidents, abuse, misuse, or unauthorized modifications or repairs.

  • Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or fading.

  • Damage caused by external factors, including but not limited to water damage, electrical surges, and extreme environmental conditions.

4. Warranty Claims Process

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at hello@msco.sg or call +65 80899024 with your proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.

  • Our team will assess your claim and may request additional information or photos of the product.

  • If your claim is approved, we will arrange for the repair or replacement of the defective product at no cost to you.

Please note that any repairs or replacements performed under this warranty do not extend or renew the original warranty period.

5. Exchange Policy

All items sold are final and are not eligible for exchange. We strongly advise customers to review their orders thoroughly before completing the purchase. Once an item has been purchased, we are unable to accept any returns or provide exchanges, regardless of the reason. This policy ensures that all customers receive new, unused products. Should you have any concerns or questions about your order, please contact us prior to completing your purchase to ensure complete satisfaction.

6. Refunds for Exchanges

All items sold are non-refundable. We encourage customers to carefully review their orders before finalising the purchase. In the event that an item is defective, it will be covered under warranty.

7. Limitations

This warranty and exchange policy applies only to products purchased directly from MSCO Pte. Ltd. or our authorised dealers. It does not cover third-party resellers or unauthorized sources.
